Data Processing Addendum
Summary DPA for organizations using Presel as a processor of customer content.
Roles
Your organization is the controller of RFP, knowledge, and drive content uploaded by members. Presel processes that content to provide hosting, collaboration, and optional AI features you enable.
Instructions
We process customer content only to deliver the service, enforce security, and follow documented product features—not for unrelated marketing profiling.
Security
Access is authenticated; organization RBAC limits who can invite members and change billing. Platform admins may access accounts only for support or abuse response under internal controls.
Subprocessors
Hosting, database, email delivery (when configured), and payment processing (when configured). Enterprise customers may request a current subprocessor list via Contact sales.
