Terms of Service

Agreement

By creating an account or using Presel (including Presel tools and RFP Manager), you agree to these Terms. If you use the product on behalf of an organization, you represent that you can bind that organization.

Accounts & workspaces

You are responsible for account credentials and for activity under your organization seats. Owners and Admins control invites, roles, and billing for their workspace.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service (abuse APIs, attempt unauthorized access, upload malware, or violate applicable law). We may suspend accounts that harm the service or other users.

Content

You retain ownership of documents, RFPs, and files you upload. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the product.

Plans & trials

Feature access follows your active plan or trial. Trials convert to Free toolkit limits when they expire unless you upgrade. Paid billing (when enabled) is handled by our payment processor under their terms.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is.” Proposal AI outputs require human review. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular procurement outcome.
