What we collect

Account data (name, email), organization membership, files and documents you upload, RFP/knowledge content, and operational logs needed to run the product (sessions, plan entitlements, abuse prevention).

How we use data

To authenticate you, provide workspaces, enforce plan limits, improve reliability, and communicate about the service. We do not sell personal data.

Processors

Infrastructure providers host the application and database. When billing is enabled, a payment processor handles card details (we do not store full card numbers). Optional LLM providers process prompts you send through AI features under your configuration.

Retention

We retain account and workspace data while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account; organization Owners control shared workspace data.
